Foster Homes are Needed

Foster homes are needed in every part of our state but the need is even greater in Oklahoma and Canadian Counties. If you want to apply to be a foster parent in either of these counties, a specialist will come to your home and help you fill out the paperwork you need to get started in the qualification process. (If you are not sure which county you live in, call and they will help with that) They will also explain anything you need to know about foster care. After you have completed the paperwork to get started, they will assist you through the rest of the qualification process.

Foster Care, Some Basic Categories

Because children have different needs, different types of foster care are provided for them. Three of the basic types are described here. Each of the three types has its own set of qualifications and serves children in different ways.
