Immunizations for DTaP, Td, MMR, HIB, Polio, Hepatitis A & B, Varicella, HPV and Meningococcal are available at the following times and locations:


1ST BAPTIST CHURCH OF BETHANY
3800 Mueller (West of MacArthur)
1st Monday every month 8:30–11:00a.m.


MIDWEST CITY COMMUNITY CENTER
100 N. Midwest Blvd
4th Tuesday every month 8:30-11:00a.m.


LATINO COMMUNITY CENTER
420 SW 10th
1st Thursday every month 8:30–12:00p.m.


MIDWEST CITY WEED & SEED
1124 N Douglas Blvd
3rd Wednesday every month 1:00-4:00p.m.


OCCHD NORTH WIC
36 W Memorial, Suite B8
2nd Tuesday of every month 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present at the time of immunizations.
